CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Know-How

• Knowledge of techniques and tools related to the documentation, test and debugging
• Knowledge of specific monitoring and managing tools
• Knowledge of main Operating Systems
• General Know How of Mobile Networks and TCP/IP (basic elements)
• Experience using Microsoft Office

Personal Skills:

• Written and fluently spoken English
• Ability for working in teams
• Willingness to travel and work abroad
• Being able to keep the contact with customers over the phone without a face to face contact
• Interest in meeting other cultures and being able to deal with critical & stressful situations in customer projects.
• Understanding of Italian language (written and spoken) represents an advantage

Education:
• Technical education: engineer (college/university) telecommunication or equivalent.
