CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Know-How

• Knowledge of main Trouble Ticketing tools
• Knowledge of Office Automation tools
• Basic Knowledge of problems to deliver the first level support

Personal Skills:

• Written and fluently spoken English
• Fluently spoken, understand and written of Italian language
• Ability for working in teams
• Willingness to travel and work abroad
• Customer and result oriented working.
• Interest in meeting other cultures and being able to deal with critical & stressful situations in customer projects.

Education:
• Technical education: engineer (college/university) or equivalent.
