Sharepoint Developer - Internal Applications

Qualifications and Competencies:

- A University or College degree/diploma in Computer Science
- One to two years of practical experience supporting Sharepoint.
- Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and site configuration management.
- Monitoring and optimization of system performance.
- Demonstrated experience with tier-2 support.
- Experience with MOSS 2007 required.
- Good technical knowledge of Web based software solutions with RDBMS back-ends and general knowledge of business applications.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and work experience in .NET Framework (C#, ASP), Webpart development and Windows 2008 Enterprise.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

An opportunity exists to make an impact within our Innovation group. Specifically, we are looking for a Sharepoint Developer to become an integral part of our Internal Applications division. This is an opportunity to be a part of an exciting group at Clarity. In this role, you will be exposed to a variety of technologies, responsibilities and business problems with an opportunity for significant learning and advancement.

Deliverables:

- Work with the Manager, Enterprise Applications to assess and evaluate company employee communications needs.
- Assist in the administration, support and maintenance of Microsoft Sharepoint applications.
- Provide second-level support by participating in problem resolution, and assist in resolution of errors and in the deployment of enhancements to applications as needed.
- Move new releases of applications into production in accordance with established change, release, and configuration management standards.
- Assist in the compilation of statistical and management reports, and development of technical documentation, as needed.
- Research and perform other duties as required and assigned.
