| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Well-organized
• Ability to operate a variety of standard office equipment including personal computers, printers,copiers, etc.
• Working knowledge of IBM-compatible hardware and Microsoft software including Windows 2000/XP, Office 2000/XP | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The HelpDesk Sopport will support users in technical problems they may encounter in the operation of software, hardware, operating systems, e-mail, etc.
- Installs, test and maintains a variety of personal computing hardware system
- Replaces hardware or software as needed
- Assists users in software and hardware problem resolution
- Logs call and takes appropiate action to ensure a satisfactory response with acceptable time frames for the users
