CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- At least 3 years experience in soft skills trainning delivery (communication, presentation, sales, negotiation, coaching eventually etc.)
- Experience in trainning design
- Excellent planning and organization abillities
- Mature personality, willing and able to share their knowledge and with great people development skills

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Identifying the company’s trainning needs
- Identifying and select the suitable trainning suppliers
- Supervising the accomplishment of contractual obligations by the suppliers (the trainning companies)
- Monitoring the skills of external trainners throughout ongoing trainning programs
- Development of internal trainning programs
- Delivery of internal trainnings
