Senior Test Specialist / Test Architect

Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years experience in Mercury Quality Center as main test tool
At least 2 years experience in building and maintaining test strategy and test cases, oriented towards automated testing
At least 2 years experience in SQL code at a basic functionality level
At least 3 years experience in programming language hands-on (Java, .NET, C#, C+)
At least 2 years experience in at least one scripting language hands-on (shell, bash)
At least 1 year experience in CMMI 3+ compliant testing environment
English: Fluent
French: Intermediate
Good communication and language skills and overall experience as a team player.
Ability to establish and enforce quality assurance solutions when needed.
Experienced with test metrics, workloads and resource analysis.

IT Specialists in this job role will have expertise in the planning, design, management, execution, and reporting of tests using appropriate testing tools and techniques, and conforming to agreed standards, to ensure that new and amended systems, together with any interfaces, perform as specified together with the business. Typical examples of the deliverables are testing strategies, test plans, test cases, test reports, and quality metrics. IT Specialists who primarily apply their technical skills in an internal or external customer billable services and implementation environment.
