Senior Software Engineer (Java and .NET)/ Team Leader, Position 9617

We are currently looking for senior software engineers with specific experience in Java, .NET and Oracle database.
However, as we are working with the latest generation development tools and technologies, you must also be proficient in some of the following - not necessarily in all:

- Methods: Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Use Cases, Design Patterns, RUP, SCRUM or similar
- Tools: Java, Java Web, Swing, C#, .Net Framework, PL/SQL
- Operating Systems: Windows, Windows Mobile, Android, IOS, Linux
- Technology / Products: J2EE, Visual Studio 2008/2010, Oracle


Furthermore you must have:

• A Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering.
• Have previous experience in software development and application design.
• Strong object-oriented design skills with demonstrated experience
• Knowledge of Rational Unified Process, SCRUM or similar software development methodology.
• Knowledge of Quality Standards ISO 9001 and Project Management models.
• Demonstrated experience with delivery of complex software.
• The ability to deliver thoroughly tested and well-documented first-class solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal qualities and an innovative and confident personality.
• Strong problem-solving and software development skills
• Demonstrated English skills at a high level (written and spoken)

• You must be a team player and possess good communication skills.
• You must be self-motivated and a quick learner and be able to work on your own.
• You must be willing to adapt to new tools and technologies as new-coming projects require so.
• You must be well organized and have good analytical and planning skills.
• You must be able to travel to Denmark and other countries for project meetings, project implementation and systems installation.

We are looking for dedicated and highly talented senior software engineer/team leader. You must have extensive experience with software design, implementation and testing.

What will you do (responsibilities):

Participate in projects developing software for high-speed sorting and conveyor systems, turn-key solutions for global food traceability systems, and track & trace systems based on RFID technology.

You will be based in Bucharest with our group of innovative software engineers transforming requirements into software design and implementation.

All software deliverables must be thoroughly tested, documented and delivered on schedule.

• You will be responsible for the development of new software for our products and support for and continuing improvement of existing software.
• You will be involved in all aspects of the design phase from outlining specification requirements, coding, software design, documentation, system test and installation through the maintenance phases to the prevailing development standards and quality criteria for the projects including coordination within the project team and with PMs from the Danish office.
• You will be required to closely follow the models and design documentation prepared by our team of software architects.
• You will be product-oriented and are expected to deliver high-quality code on time.
