The senior programmers are expected to be responsible of all technical aspects of a project. As well the seniors will be required to lead a software development team, to supervise the junior programmers activity and code review.

Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree

FOR SENIOR FIGURES

EXPERIENCE:
# At least three years object oriented software development experience.
# At least one year of experience as leader of a team of software developers.
# The candidate has successfully completed the development of a software as team leader.
SKILLS / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
# Technical competency in Data Structures and Algorithms.
# Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
# Excellent relational model and SQL language knowledge
# Good work experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
# High work experience with programming language: C++, C# or J2EE
# Good work experience with Microsoft Internet Information Server, HTML, ASP/ASP.NET or JSP e JBoss
# Fluency in English (verbal and written)
POSITION ADVANTAGES :
# Knowledge technologies: COM/DCOM, ATL, MFC
# Knowledge on J2EE development - EJB3
# Good italian, written and spoken.

FOR JUNIOR FIGURES
