| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Core Technical Competencies:
- Experience should include at least 5 years developing project-oriented applications using Java.
- Ideally, experience in designing, developing, deploying and testing server-side components of a multi-tiered applications system using distributed object technology (e.g EJB, RMI, CORBA).
- XML/XSL/XSLT experience.
- Message-oriented middleware experience, idellay JMS and/or Websphere MQSeries.
- Working knowledge of the J2EE (EJB) specification and detailed understanding of distributed system design.
- Relational database access using JDBC and/or SQLJ (preferably ORACLE).
Advantages:
- UML design using a case tool such as Paradigm Plus or ideally Rational Rose.
- Using transaction processing monitors such as Encina or ideally Tuexedo.
- WebLogic Entreprise or WebLogic Server.

- English at advanced level.
- Performance and result orientated - possess a drive and energy to achieve project goals in a timely and effective manner.
- Teamwork - experience of working in a team.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and define priorities according to project relevance.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
You will be responsible for contributing to the design and development of the company's next generation distributed e-commerce applications.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work as part of a team of application developers and testing resources to deliver the server-side components of the application.
- Implement (code) solutions in Java and take an active role in the teams development.
Key Tasks:
- Work as part of a team of server-side Java and C++ developers to deliver significant business components.
- Assist with the definition of the business object models in UML.
- Identify design alternatives that will implement a solution from a specific analysis model.
- Implement business objects and application frameworks (Application Architecture) in Java and CORBA/EJB.
- Work with a group of test developers and business testers to guarantee functional accuracy.
- Contribute to and maintain documentation and coding standards for the development team. |
