Senior Electronics Engineer HW/ SW

ABOUT THE JOB
• We are looking for an experienced electronics engineer who can play a critical role in leading the hardware design and firmware development efforts
• Familiarity with portable consumer electronics bluetooth devices as well as a desire to be part of fast paced entrepreneurial environment are a must
• You will be responsible for reviewing and optimizing PCB layouts and firmware, managing documentation, ensuring optimal Design-for-Manufacturing, creating test protocols, thoroughly executing testing procedures, debugging products
• You will interact with industrial designers and product managers to create final, meticulously designed and manufactured portable consumer electronics products, in accordance with strictest quality standards. You'll also work with the manufacturing team to create production line testing and quality control systems

SKILLS REQUIRED 

• 7+ years experience in analog and digital circuit design, PCB assembly processes, firmware development, quality control, high volume manufacturing and accompanying matters
• Familiarity with ARM architecture and experience with portable Bluetooth consumer electronics or medical device design (that have been subsequently launched) 

• Experience and attention to Design-for-Manufacturing issues in connection with consumer electronics products 

SKILLS DESIRED

• Experience with ultra low current consumption/small footprint portable devices
• Experience with sensor-driven applications, such as accelerometers, gyroscopes, etc
