Senior Customer Quality Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• High level teamwork player, resistant to stress/critical situations
• Ability to prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers
• Knowledge of computer applications and the ability to learn and use multiple applications specific to this department including the ERP and office systems
• Good command of written & spoken English

• Develops Quality Plan
• Develops and ensures execution of the Process Control Plan
• Customer interface for quality related topics
• Works with SQE on material quality issues
• Coordinates NCM/MRB process
• Works with Manufacturing Engineer in order to establish quality targets
• Develops failure analysis strategy for customer returned products
• Responsible for measuring & analyzing/interpreting quality data (in process and outgoing)
• Responsible for total quality metrics
• Covers the quality aspects of the ECN/PCN process
• Drive continuous improvement within the CFT
