| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Qualified candidates will demonstrate:
- Relevant university degree and additional training; MBA or other professional qualifications represent an advantage
- 3-6 years of experience in management consulting firms, with demonstrable track record of contributing in consulting projects, and managing projects or important project streams
- Excellent knowledge of various consulting methodologies and tools (e.g. value chain analysis, modeling, cost/benefit analysis, ROI, risk assessment, relevant IT applications)
- Excellent project management skills: defining scope and budget, managing priorities, delegating tasks to the right resources, adjusting work plan when needed
- Outstanding analysis and problem solving skills: able to assess and diagnose complex problems by analyzing the interactions between key drivers, and simplify such problems to a level everyone understands; to look beyond the stated problem to other potential sources of the root cause
- Outstanding communication skills: able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, often through various visual representation; demonstrate confidence and competence as a speaker who can adjust style to address a wide range of audiences
- Excellent ability to build relationships: easily connect with various relevant people or networks, and gain the trust and confidence of others through his/her actions over time
- Advanced business awareness: connected to relevant business / industry groups and aware of important trends, practices, and market conditions that merit discussion with the client
- Advanced people management skills: able to counsels others on how to capitalize on their strengths and improve areas requiring development
- Superior ability to manage change & ambiguity: able to move forward with limited direction and to manage changing priorities with ease

Our Consulting practice helps clients make major strategic decisions and implement business improvements. Our practitioners advise on all aspects of the client's business operations to streamline functions and improve performance, across diverse range of industries. They are responsible for developing, maintaining and growing relationships with senior client executives, as well as for leading consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution.

CFO Services - we help re-organize the financial function of companies to make them better equipped to measure performance and reward achievement
Technology Integration - being able to use technology for strategic decision making, define and map processes in order to improve efficiency, and implement application toward achieving those goals is what our technology team is involved in
Human Capital - we assist our clients in integrating and aligning their human resource base with the corporate strategy
A Senior Consultant's key responsibilities will include:
Project Management:
- Independently develop budget, scope and staffing recommendations based on understanding of client budget and project economics, for smaller projects or work streams on larger projects
- Complete project deliverables and coordinate more junior staff in developing high quality deliverables
- Lead PMO threads (e.g., benefit tracking, issue management) on a day-to-day basis, applying appropriate engagement management techniques
Client work:
- Identify and diagnose client business issues to develop and recommend appropriate solutions
- Perform complex analysis, make solid assumptions, and develop findings into actionable recommendations
- Identify value drivers from synthesis of strategic and financial analyses in support of findings
- Create, develop, and interpret appropriate performance reporting formats and identifies issues and proposed resolutions
- Understand and articulate the client organization's competitive position, how external factors drive change in the client's business, and the client organization's position in the value chain
- Clearly articulate the data analysis approach, assumptions, and findings to the client
Business Development:
- Actively involved in business development efforts, by identifying new market opportunities, generating leads, converting ongoing projects into additional work, and participating in client meetings
- Lead portions of, or entirely - proposals, presentations and publications
Practice and people management:
- Coach junior engagement team members and recognize the importance of team members being motivated, committed and involved
- Determine the best content to share with others; support other team members in sharing knowledge and using the knowledge management system
- Help develop the practice by contributing material, development effort, or leadership to service area/competency, office, or regional initiatives (e.g., knowledge, recruiting, retention, learning, marketing, etc.) | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
