Qualified candidates will demonstrate:

- 3-5 years of banking and/or insurance experience (e.g. business coordination or internal consulting team in multinational Banks / Insurance companies) and/or management consulting experience focusing on financial institutions projects
- Strong banking / insurance specific knowledge (e.g. back office systems, sales channels, products, actuarial, CRM, risk management, Basel II, regulatory matters etc)
- Ability to coordinate and develop small project teams
- Proficiency in Romanian and English is a must
- Outstanding problem solving and communication skills
- Outstanding presentation and client management skills.
- Strong knowledge of various Windows based office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, MS Project)

Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering all work in consulting related to proposal preparation, assignments planning, quality assurance, budgeting, training of consultants, practice development, and business planning in the functional areas
- Interfacing with clients' management and personnel and managing client relationships
- Lead business development presentations and participate in complex proposal development
- Analyze and diagnose client business issues to develop and recommend appropriate solutions
- Coordinate project teams
