| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University Degree in Economics
- At least 3 years experience in financial accounting
- Manufacturing background
- Solid knowledge on RO-GAAP
- Fluency in English
- MS Office skills, other financial applications and programs
|
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Processes all on-line payments through the bank
- Act as a key user for the fixed assets module
- Register bank notes in the ERP system
- Keep the evidence of travel expenses and operates them in the ERP system
- Keep track of petty cash
- Receive and analyze the internal debit notes and recharges from Corporate regarding depreciation, utilities, rent etc.
- Bank reconciliation, fixed assets reconciliation and deductions
- Register accruals and manual PO’s
- Make sure that sale prices and recharges are correct
- Clients reconciliation
- Manage the daily cash flow
- Manage the Statutory Reports (balance, VAT, 390 and 394 declarations)
- Keep up to date the journal for acquisitions
- Assist the Finance Manager in monthly and yearly closing process
- Participate to the implementation of a new Finance business system.
