Software Development Team Lead

We are looking for a full time Team Lead with solid programming and relational databases knowledge and experience.

Mandatory:
* solid programming knowledge
* solid knowledge with OOP, data structures and algorithms, relational databases
* having UNIX background
* basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and Ajax knowledge
* solid experience in web development/web frameworks and general
Internet protocols
* interest in writing quality software
* previous experience as team lead
* knowledge of project management
* self starter and keen to learn new things
* good level of written and spoken English
* team spirit, good communication skills, open minded

Optional/pluses:
* working with PostgreSQL
* Python programming. If not, we expect to get it learned fast
* UNIX - programming/configuring/using
* UNIX shell scripting
* Strong project management knowledge
* Ability to meet deadlines under little supervision
