Job Description:

Small translations of various documents;
Keep evidence of employee time sheets;
Manage petty cash and other local expenses;
Schedule appointments;
File and direct incoming mail;
Compose and type routine correspondence;
Answer and redirect incoming phone calls;
Make travel and hotel arrangements and reservations for international and local travel;
Record minutes of staff meetings;
Monitor and update business records;
Maintain files, data and reports;
Make arrangements for meetings;
Greet and directs all visitors;
Copy and scan documents;
Manage and organize any other administration work in the office.
