SCRUM Master - Excellent Career Opportunity

Demonstrates excellent capability to lead a software development team, being responsible and able to be involved in all aspects of the project’s technical delivery, participate in logical and physical design of the product and understand the business requirements. As a Scrum Master, you will have to facilitate work for an agile team of highly experienced and motivated developers and testers.
Able to influence team and specialist peers internally, by being involved in a broad range of complex technical and professional work activities, in a variety of contexts.
Available and willing at any time to be in our Endava Delivery Centers (i.e. UK/USA/Iasi) for short periods of time.

Mandatory
o Excellent knowledge of .Net/ ASP.NET/ C# development
o Proven team leadership experience; preferably SCRUM experience in an Agile environment
o Scrum Master experience - Understanding of the full development cycle and some experience of Agile development methodologies and supporting tools e.g.
o TFS and source code control systems
o Continuous integration, agile principles such as unit testing
o Excellent SQL knowledge and experience with advanced database development – database design, stored procedures, query optimisation, indexing techniques;
o Ability to commit to projects
o Proactive, fast learner, motivated and dependable, has initiative, understands responsibility, team player.
o Very good written and spoken English communication skills

Optional
o VB6/COM/legacy (not essential)
o PLSQL, Oracle 8, 10, 11 (not essential)
o Experience with or understanding of tools used during SWAN VB6 release activity (SMS, HP Openview)
o Use of UML and Object Oriented design methodologies;
