-Defineste si implementeaza strategia de marketing a produselor din portofoliul companiei, in concordanta cu strategia companiei
-Coordoneaza activitatea responsabililor de produs
-Intocmeste bugetele de marketing
-Creaza si implementeaza noi concepte si solutii pentru activitatile specifice departamentului
-Identifica noi oportunitati de afaceri
-Elaboreaza rapoarte periodice privind stadiul activitatilor si rezultatele echipei
