- Capacitate de organizare a activitatii si ordonare a locului de munca
- Dornica sa invete lucruri noi - capacitate de invatare

- Preluare de mesaje telefonice si e-mail;
- Administrarea corespondentei postale pentru angajatii companiei;
- Indosarierea, arhivarea, copierea de documente;
- Intampina si anunta vizitatorii;
- Asigura protocolul in cadrul intalnirilor;
- Administrare sali protocol si showroom
- Rezervari bilete de avion si cazare;
