Plant Manager

Technical University degree;
Excellent English skills (essential);
8 to 12 years of senior management position, technical role;
Professional experience in a manufacturing environment;
Good communication skills, able to develop and maintain a manufacturing environment of zero defect and 100% on time delivery;
To produce solutions for productivity and process improvement;
Familiar with the international manufacturing business requirements and able to implement them in a consistent manufacturing plan;
Strong personality committed to drive for success;
Demonstrates knowledge and ability to run manufacturing and functional technologies/processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.

Provides direct and indirect supervision to subordinate team leaders and professional employees;
Develops or assists in the development of department budgets and goals;
Reviews employees’ performance and recommends employee compensation;
Manages resources responsible for assembling, testing and repairing products in a manufacturing site;
Plans, manages and controls department performance by establishing overall direction and priorities;
Establishes policies and guidelines and evaluates results;
Establishes production metrics, tracks metrics and sets realistic production goals to maximize throughput;
Advocates for and allocates appropriate resources, tools, equipment and support to meet production requirements;
Acts as an interface between production and other product related functions;
Drives and promotes quality workmanship and continuous improvement in all manufacturing processes;
To resolve other problems that may appear in production process.
