Asset Management Accountant

· Graduated in Finance/Economics,
· 2-3 years experience in similar position, preferably in multinational company,
· Strong IT skills,
· Fluent in English,
· Dynamic, self starting,
· Motivated to work in international environment and seeking for career opportunities,
· Attitude to work in group,
· Available for short training periods and field visits outside home country

· Coordinate fixed assets and inventory acquisitions with Procurement, Management and Manufacturing centers,
· Monitor capital expenditure versus approved budget,
· Record new assets and inventory acquisitions in assets sub ledger,
· Maintain control of depreciation procedures,
· Maintain reconciliation of General ledger versus sub ledger balances,
· Record transfers in/out from to associated companies,
· Record assets and inventory disposals,
· Maintain supporting documentation for all acquisitions/transfers/disposal,
· Complete and distribute monthly/quarterly reporting to higher Finance levels,
· Complete and distribute analysis on aging, stock rotation, assets utilization, etc.
· Assist management for physical verifications in field locations located in all European countries,
· Reconcile book quantities with physical quantities,
