- Availability to join us - starting with January;
- Availability to travel to Germany for the initial training;
- English language is mandatory;
- Good knowledge of one of the following languages is also mandatory: Italian, Spanish, French;

Coordinating a team of agents providing customer support for our client;
The job requires the following technical knowledge:
- technical understanding, especially of telecommunication products;
- basic knowledge of ISDN technology;
- ability to support installation and configuration of software;
- knowledge of PC operating systems like Vista, NT, XP, CE;
- experience in small network installation;
