Skills
- Economist Faculty Degree
- Having held a similar position in a construction company, preferably in a multinational environment
- Commercial sense and knowledge
- Fluency in English
- SAP (or any other relevant ERP) knowledge would be an advantage
- Management skills, people developer
- Balanced personality, easy to work with
- Correct and vertical

- Manage the accounting department

Requirements
- Coordination of the Finance & Accounting Department with full ownership of financial management and supervision tasks on accounting
- Financial Reporting to the Group / HQ (Sweden) and to local authorities, as legally requested
- Financial Counseling for the company’s management
- Budgeting and working with budgets
- Team Management, Coaching and Development (about 2 persons in Finance & Accounting)
- Provide advice, support and coaching to all Functions on financial matters to facilitate the achievement of business objectives
- Performance is measured based on the quality of the financial programs, i.e., meeting of financial targets and compliance with applicable regulations.
