PUBLIC RELATIONS COORDINATOR

• Bachelor degree;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PR and medium-term experience in a similar position;
• Communicative, positive and team-oriented person.

• Develops and implements the PR strategy in accordance with company objectives and policy;
• Defines the PR plan in terms of volumes, turnovers and budgets and ensures compliance
with this plan;
• Develops and manages external and internal communication of the company. Initiates and
maintains appropriate contact with the mass media, state administration and institutions;
• Responsible for the selection of appropriate media, content and form of communications in
order to achieve the set goals. Ensures uniformity of external communication activities.
• Acts as a spokesperson/representative of the company in relation to the public. Informs the
public of important matters regarding the company in accordance with the company’s PR
strategy and policy.
• Participates in the preparation of annual reports and presents the company results disclosed
in these reports.
• Plans and develops the transmission of information intended for the public.
• Promotes and improves the company’s image and profile.
• Purchases advertising space and time, as necessary.
• Promotes the name of the company and its products by means of lectures, shows, films,
promotional trips and press conferences.
• Manages special projects, such as advertising and promotional campaigns. The PR coordinator
may co-operate with a professional advertising agency in this area.
• Appraises the performance of subordinates, provides incentives and leads meetings with
subordinates.
