Responsibilities

- Recruitment: CV selection, Interview scheduling, HR interviews;
- New employees induction – paper work, centralize necessary documents for employees files, offer support and info to ease up team induction;
- Working with internal data bases and keeping them updated (new employees, transfers, departures, personal and professional info);
- Centralize different situations ( paid leaves, appraisals, different questionnaires);
- Schedule internal events;
- Responsible with employee and salary certifications;
- Support HR Processes (trainings, career development, internal communication tools, improvement of work environment, motivational systems).
