Financial tools administrator

Mandatory:
- University graduate
- Work experience of at least two years within the IT/ Accounting/ Customer Support department
- PC skills: Windows, Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good written and oral knowledge of English (French is a strong plus)
Represent an advantage:
- Familiarity with Finance and Accounting
- Specialization courses on different economic and/ or business information systems;
- Essbase and HFM knowledge
- Previous experience in IT projects, specifically in ERP-based projects

Be the main contact for all the IT department interactions:
1. Daily maintenance of the financial tools:
- Communicate all bugs to the IT department for corrections
- Update documentations and communicate back to controllers
- Financial Tools administration
- Coordinate administration tasks with the controlling team calendar/anticipates on possible impacts of calendar changes and propose the necessary adaptations of tools administration
- Update rates and consolidation methods in the tools
- Run consolidation and archiving scripts in the tools
- Analyze processes and propose improvements
2. Standard evolution of the financial tool:
- Define the process with controlling teams and IT, including desired planning, format of deliverables from controlling teams and IT, regular updates on project key users, communication to final users
- Collect new functional needs
- Test and validate the developments (participate in the definition of test plan, document test results according to test plan)
3. New tool implementation
- Participate to the functional design
- Follow the developments with IT dept (planning, issues and proposed solutions)
- Test the developments (participate in the definition of test plan, document test results according to test plan, coordinate tests results to IT)
- Participate in the trainings
4. Back up for the Controlling processes
- Up-to-date knowledge of controllers reporting processes regarding each tool
- Update data for controllers (product lists, retrieve of actual in reporting tools)
- Send or input financial data in the financial tools
- Check accuracy of data according to controlling check-list
