IT MANAGER in a multinational company

-University studies in IT field;

Our client is a national company active in logistics field. Responsibilities include but are not limited:
- Registering questions, problems and applications to amendments from users;
- Control and checking of progress and reporting progress;
- Deliberation with the IT&C team and suppliers about requests and problems from users;
- Makes alterations of software and procedures;
- Instructing users in the usage of the software;
- Making suggestions regarding the functionality and user-friendliness;
- Managing operational staff;
