General Job Scope: This position assumes full responsibility of the day today functions in the Office Administration.

Specific Job Tasks:

1. Answer Agency general phone line/provide back-up coverage when unable to answer calls;
2. Manage conference room bookings and provide daily updates to the agency;
3. First point of contact for all Visitors;
4. Coordinate and schedule monthly internal department meetings for General Manager;
5. Receive, distribute and send out all Fed-Ex, UPS and general mail;
6. Maintain files;
7. Up keep of the conference room;
8. Set up and clean up for client meetings;
9. Organize Company parties
