•Master or Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology
•Overall Hardware/Software/Mechanical understanding
•Experience in Requirements Engineering, Agile methods, Software Process Improvement, Software Metrics and Software Quality Assurance
•Bluetooth and Car Kit/Hands-Free usage and installation understanding
•Knowledge of working with Multi-meter, oscilloscope, universal power supply, soldering iron, camera, BT traces (small temp. chamber) and Construction material (wires, switches, fuses, common connectors)
•Detailed analysis report creation/change documentation (basic for further decision making)
•Structured working style
•Lead people, managing partners
•Willingness to travel
•Excellent communication skill (English Language)
•Experience in Automotive SPICE or CMMI is a plus

•Error report analysis (based on error report template)
