RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Analysis and Solution Definition
• Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
• Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
• Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
Technical Recommendation and Testing
• Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
• Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures.
• Understands how legacy and web-based systems interface with each other.
• Leads testing efforts by creating test cases and test scenarios
• Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
• Works with client personnel to identify required changes.
• Communicates needed changes to development team.
Client Management
• Develops relationships with client personnel.
• Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.
• Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Manages client expectations effectively.

Companie romano-americana infiintata in anul 1994 ce numara la aproape 14 ani de la lansare o echipa de peste 300 de specialisti in domeniul IT.
Suntem cel mai important furnizor de solutii business din Romania. Principalele produse sunt destinate: gestionarii intregii activitati a unei organizatii (ERP), managementului resurselor umane si salarizarii, project managementului, managementului activitatii medicale, leasing si a activitatii de distributie in domeniul farmaceutic etc.
Suntem compania care a adus managementul de proiect in Romania prin sistemul Primavera si, tot noi, am dezvotat primului sistem de e-procuremment din Romania (www.e-licitatie.ro)
Datorita castigarii unui numar impresionant de proiecte importante previzionam o crestere a numarului de angajati de la 300 la 400 la finalul acestui an.
