CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Must have a full university degree and speak fluent English.
Must be experienced at undertaking research work online and must have at least three years experience undertaking selling / marketing campaigns in a B2B context, preferably internationally (in English and German) .
Must have had direct contact with clients and proven ability to sell.
Experience selling technology solutions to large companies. Previous experience in sales and telephone cold calling to offer business services to an English-speaking audience
Must have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. German language skills a bonus.
Must be very competent computer user of variety of tools incl. Word, Excel and a variety of browser types and email clients.
Must be an excellent, charismatic communicator, be very disciplined, persistent, and good at organising work. Must show initiative but be practical. Must be intelligent and not pushy. Capable of working independently without day-to-day supervision
Candidates must give examples of successful B2B campaigns they have co-ordinated in the past including the return on investment for the company concerned.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Reports directly to Sales and Marketing director
Research potential client companies through Internet and in-coming leads to compile suspect contact lists
Make contact by telephone (and email where appropriate)
Identify key decision makers in companies with regular work
Lead contacts through the sales cycle for translation services
Maintain contact and develop further business from account
Make contact by telephone and lead them through the sales cycle to the point when they buy translation services from Lingo24.
Use the Internet to identify target companies
Buy lists of data on target companies from data providers
Identify key decision makers in companies.
Co-ordinate selection of appropriate marketing material and distribution, assign key account manager and arrange meetings.
Maintain contact with leads over time.
Full-time job between 10:30 am and 7pm working from home. Performance will be measured according to sales generated by activity (which will be fully tracked). Probationary period of three months.
500-800 Euros after training period depending on experience and success. Bonuses for meeting targets. Full training given. Development of skills with international applicability. Being part of an exciting young team! |
