Toolpushers / Rigmanagers

• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as Toolpusher or equivalent position.
• Good knowledge of English language is essential.

• Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a drilling and workover rig, including supervision of staff and sub contractor personnel involved in drilling and associated operations on site.
• Preference given to workover experience
• Coordinates work programs in close liasion with operations manager.
• Ensures application of appropriate well control measures.
• Assists in implementation of preventive and planned maintenance programs.
• Responsible for ensuring all equipment on the well site meets regulatory specifications and corporate requirements.
• Maintains appropriate logs and records in accordance with company, customer and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining a work environment for Tacrom staff and sub-contractor employees in which open communications, as per company policy, is granted.
• Participates in on-the-job training and formal training of the crew.
• Holds and is responsible for documentation of daily safety meetings and other rig safety programs.
• Shows commitment to Tacrom safety culture through personal behavior and willingness to influence others.
