Quality Assurance Manager_multinational company_West part of Romania

Education & Experience:
– Technical University Degree, Electronics Engineering is an advantage
– 5+ years experience in quality and / or engineering, managing skills and supervisor experience
– EMS experience and background – is an advantage
– Very good experience in leading and developing a team / employees

Knowledge, skills & abilities:
– Very good knowledge of Quality Management System (ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949)
– Very good customer relationship skills
– Very good problem solving approach and skills
– Strong leadership personality - clear vision, role model, coach, motivator
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge and understanding of general manufacturing system
– Good knowledge of TPS
– Advanced skills of computer literacy – MS Office
– Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)

Role – Quality Assurance Manager – responsible for:
•Implementation, authorization and maintaining of Quality Management Systems
•Coordination of the company’s continuous improvement strategy.
•Establishment of regular plant quality improvement plans
•Reporting of monthly plant quality data.
•Organisation and management of system, process and product quality audits.
•Providing technical assistance and training for all company functions, which are related to corrective actions, quality procedures and specifications.
•Monitoring supplier performance.
•Ability to establish and lead the Quality department activities in order to create an enthusiasm and customer-focus atmosphere.
