Position Summary:

This is a position that forms part of a team that is responsible for the design, development and implementation of IP-based technologies (web, mobile devices, VoIP, network) that deliver applications and knowledge resources across the Internet. The position also entails contributing to elements of other projects requiring the same sets of skills. The position requires a developer
who works with code and plug-in code; not a designer, per se.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related discipline)
Language: Fluent in English

Must be able to communicate effectively in a diverse,
dynamic, fast-paced environment. Must be self-motivated,
adaptable and capable of independently handling a
high and diverse workload. A strong sense of ownership
and urgency to deliver projects/tasks in a timely fashion.
High level of creativity, attention to detail and an “eye”
for layouts, excellent documentation skills and organizational skills, demonstrative passion for quality assurance & learning, combined with a strong dedication to get the job done right the first time. Knows how to work in a productive and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

As an IP-based application developer, the person occupying
this position will work with the Systems Analyst Specialist
in order to design, develop and maintain the server and clientcode set. Responsibilities: Programming new features
& enhancements using PHP, Apache, Postgres, mySQL,
OOP, VBScript, Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, CSS, DHTML,
HTML,MDAC (ADO/ DAO), XML, XSLT, DHTML and
HTML Developing applications and connector objects for
use with plug-in modules between, for example, mobile
devices and the core products (VoIP, e-mails, back office, network). Designing dynamic & intuitive graphical user interfaces. Conducting advanced research to identify product/service innovations. This person will be responsible for developing modular solutions that work in and of themselves, but contribute toward solving a larger issue.
