Technical Support - Java

- 1-2 years experience in Java (desktop and web development)
- Excellent knowledge in OOP
- Familiar with J2SE, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, Web Services)
- JavaScript, Html
- Experience with Linux OS, Solaris OS, Weblogic App Server, Oracle Database 11g is preferred, but not required
- Good command of English
- Relocation in Cluj-Napoca

The project involves maintaining a global solution of sync for a variety of services on different platforms for the largest U.S. telecommunication carrier.
The position designates a place in the team of 3rd level Development Support and involves providing fast technical assistance to the 2nd level Support Team by analyzing logs and specific monitoring tools, interpretation, fixing and escalations of major faults to the sustaining team and carrying build /packaging processes.

You’ll be working according to a rotating schedule.

You will be joining a young and enthusiastic team as a Java Developer Support. The position implies a detailed study of the solution, the implementation of technical solutions for defects received, a synchronized communication with support and sustaining teams.
