Position Title: Non-Destructive Inspection Supervisor
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Ensure all related contractor, rental equipment and completion assemblies utilized is in compliance with Standard DS-1, API Specifications, drilling contract and the vendors own quality manual where applicable.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess Vendors against Company and Vendor provided QA/QC and PM programs
Monitor inspections and maintenance of all Contractors provided equipment to include but not limited to drill string and related components, fishing tools, MWD, LWD, Motors, steerable systems, production and completion tools, test equipment surface and subsurface.
Track equipment :
Maintain database of equipment requirements and daily status of equipment
Document all inspections and findings
Notify Operations and Logistics of any potential delays due to equipment and or inspections.
Assess and Qualify vendor and Company provided inspectors
Designated Lead in all equipment failure RCRA to follow until closeout and final report
Oversight will involve organizing; supervising and tracking equipment as it is qualified (inspection, repair, assembly, testing, etc.) for this drilling program.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 10 years experience is required in all aspects of equipment qualification, specification development, failure analysis, and training specific to the qualification of equipment included in the subject project.
In addition to qualified Field QA/QC personnel, the vendor must have a staff of engineers (preferably with drilling experience) who can provide technical assistance to support the project. These capabilities must as a minimum provide for Fitness for Purpose evaluation of used drill string components, mechanical design review of specific tools and drill string load analysis.
Minimum Certification MP, UT and LP.
Must, provide documentation of ten international projects for similar services within the last three years.
Inspector must have a minimum of 1 year QA/QC Deep Water Projects > 1000m.
QA/QC personnel performing the work must have a minimum of 5 years documented experience in QA/QC supervision of inspection companies, machine shops, rental tool companies, and rig operations activities. He/she must have a good working knowledge of the following:
1. API Specifications 5D, 5CT, 5B, and 7
2. API Recommended Practices RP5A5, RP7G and 5B1
3. Standard DS-1 Drill Stem Design and Inspection

Position Title: Subsea BOPE and Control System Inspection
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Ensure all related Sub-sea Blow out Prevention systems and surface systems utilized are in compliance with the following criteria:
1. API RP 53 3rd Edition, Recommended Practices for Blowout Prevention Equipment Systems for Drilling Wells (American Petroleum Institute)
2. API RP 16Q 1st Edition, Recommended Practice for Design, Selection, Operation and Maintenance of Marine Drilling Riser Systems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Position requires minimum 20 year diversified international offshore experience in shallow and deepwater drilling operations, jack-up and semi submersible moving and deepwater mooring operations, heavy lift operations, project management of MODU repair, construction, upgrade,
interface projects.
Experience should include project management of load out and installation of offshore jackets, top sides, pipe lay, sub sea production system installation.
Candidate should posses extensive international business experience working with foreign cultures and experience working independently in remote offshore locations.
Senior international management experience supervising and directing large multidiscipline groups supporting offshore operations and projects. Consistent work history and background with proven strong leadership and motivation abilities with demonstrated reliability and a high level of responsibility in a broad range of offshore activities along with strong communication skills commercially and operationally.
Minimum education to include Maritime degree with corresponding maritime licenses.

The individual or individuals must have a competent engineering organization as a full time backup defined as (FIRM) to assist. The FIRM defined above must be specialize in the field of Marine Mooring systems, design of mooring systems development of MODU mobilization plans in water depths greater that 1000m and Marine surveys and have managed this service for 5 years or more.
Position Title: MODU Engineering
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Develop documentation required for all subsea equipment installation
Develop formalized processes to systematically reduce NPT given the service provider interface issues
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must know the operating and construction characteristics of all components in the MODU, marine vessels, drilling and completions systems to be used and be knowledgeable about alternative systems and procedures, which might be implemented to improve operational efficiency.
Responsible for preparing, and revising when necessary, a complete interface operation plan or program.
Works closely with other groups and vendors to assure the program is based on all available information and drilling information from other wells in the area (if any).
The program must include if applicable, but is not limited to the following:
1. OIMS and related requirements per ExxonMobil Drilling OIMS Manual.
2. A weather analysis and a recommended vessel heading and mooring program.
3. Riser tensioning program.
4. A target time-depth curve and a target cost.
5. Interface program designed to meet expected conditions.
6. An assessment of special problems that might be encountered.
7. Marine requirements and utilization.
8. Special situation and analysis (i.e. jumper installation program).
9. Equipment modifications and Cost Breakdown
Surveillance of day-to-day progress to insure the program is conducted to apply best technology and proposes modifications, if required.
Analyzes performance at intermediate phases and when complete
Works with Operations personnel to implement changes in procedures and equipment based on results of this analysis.

Position Title: Interface Supervisor
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Provides supervision of completion equipment and operations.
Primary contact and will manage all interface issues with Operation, Engineering, and Vendors for and during completion equipment testing FIT, SIT, and operations
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key interface from tool selection, testing and qualifying equipment through assembly and installation process of all production related equipment to include but not limited
1. Horizontal Trees
2. SSSV and all related injection equipment
3. SSTT and all related equipment (i.e. electrical and hydraulic control lines protectors and clamps)
4. Completion assemblies packers, screens flow couplings
5. All running and maintenance tools
6. All wireline and DP conveyed plugs and test tools
Ensures Completion procedures are followed as planned and conducted in an optimum manner.
Failure analysis during installation and development and implementation of recovery plans.
Organizes and orders the necessary services and equipment to conduct completion tree installation and testing operations.
Is responsible for health and safety procedures being continuously enforced, and making capable decisions in emergency situations to prevent well catastrophes as well as significant additional costs.
Responsible for implementation of OIMS on the rig. Insures that operations are consistent with OIMS and comply with the Drilling OIMS Manual.
Ensures that third party equipment is adequately and properly maintained. Maintains inventory of all equipment/materials/supplies to insure a smooth ongoing operation.
In association with the well site Rig Supervisor and Contractors, ensures completion, tree installation, and production testing are performed as planned.
Is responsible for operations complying with all government and other appropriate regulations.
Ensures potential pollution control problems are considered and relative contingency plans are understood by rig and third party personnel.
In association with on-site technical personnel (drilling engineer, geologists, etc.) is responsible for abnormal pressure techniques being properly utilized and completion fluid characteristics being maintained for maximum safety and efficient drilling.
Ensures accurate and adequate reports and records are kept regarding operations, equipment, and evaluation.

Position Title: Site Quality Advisor
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Company representative for quality of the project at a site.
Share ownership of Safety, Quality, Schedule and Cost with supervisor and monitor Contractor's performance.
Coordinate activities in accordance with the Sub-Project Quality Plan
Coordinate quality surveillance and inspection activities at contractors and sub-contractors sites.
Keep Site Lead and Site Manager updated with status of quality issues.
Track non-conformities and monitor/assist in efforts to resolve and close them.
Supervises work of the site inspectors.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and supervise the site surveillance and inspection program.
Coordinate inspection during fabrication activities as planned on inspection plans
Amend focus of surveillance activities to reflect observed trends and work schedule.
Maintain status of non-conformities and follow up implementation of corrective actions.
Provide early warning of potential quality problems
Provide expertise to advise site team to avoid/resolve quality problems
Attend and contribute to site and project technical meetings as necessary
Witness contractors activities and endorse suppliers and contractors quality records as appropriate
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
10 years minimum site construction experience related to project scope. International experience preferred
5 years minimum recent experience in inspection disciplines, quality assurance and auditing. 1 year minimum in a supervisory position
High school graduate or equivalent. A college degree in a related field is preferred
Technical qualification and certification in inspection disciplines is preferred.
Evidence of training in welding inspection and radiographic film interpretation is required. ASNT level II or III or equivalent certification is preferred.
Current certifications as AWS CWI (or equivalent) are preferred
Some knowledge of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation, coatings and civil is preferred

Position Title: Project Safety Advisor
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Support the Project by development, coordination, consultation and implementation of systematic processes, to implement SHE strategies by assuring compliance with the Project Safety Management System (PSMS)
Coach the contractor on monitoring safety compliance and establishing safety expectations.

Provide expertise to advise site team to avoid/resolve quality problems
Attend and contribute to site and project technical meetings as necessary
Witness contractors activities and endorse suppliers and contractors quality records as appropriate
Witness acceptance tests and perform final quality check prior to acceptance of equipment and materials as appropriate
Monitor suppliers and contractors quality assurance and quality control activities
Provide early warning of potential quality problems
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
10 years minimum site construction experience related to project scope. International experience preferred
2 years minimum recent experience in structural inspection discipline
High school graduate or equivalent. A college degree in a related field is preferred
Evidence of training in welding inspection and radiographic film interpretation is required.
Current certification as ASNT level II or III inspector is preferred.
