| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree in engineering
- Postuniversity course in Work Security
- Postuniversity course in Risk Evaluation
- Previous experience in a similar position
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main purpose of the job:
Develops, implements and follows up the Safety & Health policies and action plans within the Group, to prevent any risk of accident or professional illness within Schindler Romania;
Responsibilities:
- Compliance with Safety & Health laws and regulations and Group's policy.
- Adapts the Group Safety & Health policy locally.
- Plans, organizes and coordinates the Safety & Health activity on sites.
- Assesses the risks of accidents and professional diseases, based on each job specifics, together with the work medicine services provider.
- Proposes active measures for risk factors elimination.
- Supervises the action plans implementation and proposes corrective actions.
- Promotes Safety & Health actions through periodically training programs.
- Trains and supports the branch managers outside Bucharest in order to insure that all the work safety rules and measures are respected.
- Acts in compliance with law, when a work accident occurs or a professional disease is identified within the organization
- Direct communication with the Group on related issues and specific written reports | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
