| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Technical University Degree Telecommunications or Engineering
At least one year experience in telecom industry
MS Office package advanced (with emphasis on Powerpoint, Excel and internet search engines) MS Project knowledge are a definite plus
English fluent (spoken, writen)

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Provides the communication interface between the CEOs office and all others executive directions/divisions/departments of the company
Drafts the agenda of board meetings, takes minutes and ensures that the respective minutes are properly distributed to the participants
Together with the team of specialists (such as Commercial, Legal, HR, PR etc) maintains the business relationship with any parties that are external to the company (third parties)
Receives different e-mails, memos, reports, letters, organizes the priority of answering them
Performs advanced searches on various channels (Internet, press) with regard to business trends and specific business needs
Drafts the answers to the e-mails, memos, reports, letters and distributes the answers
Reads and analyzes incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance, filters the above mentioned and plans their resolution/answering agenda
Calls meetings in order to analyze various situations and finds solutions
Prepares and organizes high level events as the situation may imply
Prepares presentations, memos, letters, statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Forwards for filling and retrieves corporate documents, records, and reports.
Prepares agendas and makes arrangements for the meetings and takes part to them.
