CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

• Technical University Degree – Telecommunications or Engineering
• At least one year experience in telecom industry
• MS Office package – advanced (with emphasis on Powerpoint, Excel and internet search engines) – MS Project knowledge are a definite plus
• English – fluent (spoken, writen)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

• Provides the communication interface between the CEO’s office and all others executive directions/divisions/departments of the company
• Drafts the agenda of board meetings, takes minutes and ensures that the respective minutes are properly distributed to the participants
• Together with the team of specialists (such as Commercial, Legal, HR, PR etc) maintains the business relationship with any parties that are external to the company (third parties)
• Receives different e-mails, memos, reports, letters, organizes the priority of answering them
• Performs advanced searches on various channels (Internet, press) with regard to business trends and specific business needs
• Drafts the answers to the e-mails, memos, reports, letters and distributes the answers
• Reads and analyzes incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance, filters the above mentioned and plans their resolution/”answering agenda”
• Calls meetings in order to analyze various situations and finds solutions
• Prepares and organizes high level events as the situation may imply
• Prepares presentations, memos, letters, statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
• Forwards for filling and retrieves corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Prepares agendas and makes arrangements for the meetings and takes part to them.
