Project Specialist - Product Deployment & Project Management Department (MP-IP)

• Bachelor degree in marketing/business administration/economics/technology
• Minimum 1 year experience in project management / product development
• Coordination of projects in telco environment an advantage
• Project management certification an advantage
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
• Strong product development knowledge
• Strong computer and IT skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, MS Project, etc).

• Responsible for project management supporting product deployment projects assigned by the Product Deployment and Project Management Manager
• Takes direct responsibility for assigned project activities entailing critical collaboration / negotiation / follow-up with other departments (IT, procurement, etc); secures timely delivery of the necessary input / resources needed to achieve effective product deployment
• Sets up the organizational structure of the project, in line with the standard product development / project management processes, forms, procedures and documents
• Keeps track of project activities, communications and deliverables to ensure project goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters
• Ensures that meeting minutes are taken and performs basic follow-up to ensure that action items agreed during meetings are being accomplished.
