SEO Specialist / Traffic analyst - Online Marketing Department

• A documented, proven track record for driving traffic;
• Experience writing persuasive search friendly content to traffic.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies for Google, but not only
• Landing page conversion optimization (A/B testing, multivariate testing and offer testing background).
• Working knowledge of web analytic and bid-management tools
• Experience with online display advertising, Affiliate Marketing, Email, Web site Analytics and Web site Conversion Metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA) a plus.
• A quantitative approach to traffic measurement and experience with collecting and interpreting site visitor statistics;
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive strategy and decision making;
• Good knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS;
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects/responsibilities

• Developing and implementing the SEO strategy for all sites.
• Driving and improving traffic to the web properties using SEO/SEM methods.
• Developing the SEO plan, implementing the SEO strategies and monitoring the overall success against goals and competition (back link strategy and implementation, internal link optimization, etc)
• Define SEO requirements and recommend site enhancements that maximize ROI and increase rank of natural search result listings
• Analyze and translate quantitative and qualitative data from web analytics tools into an actionable SEO plan
• Monitoring on search engine ranking
• Keyword research, Link analysis/building, META and Page level optimization techniques
• Communicate with the IT department for the implementation of the SEO plan
• Working with the Editorial team on content development
