| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The ideal candidate has University degree, very good planning and organizing abilities, excellent communication abilities (both spoken and written), prior experience in a similar position of 1 year, fluent English. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
As Junior Recruiter you will coordinate recruitment projects for Ringier Romania according to internal policies and procedures. Your main responsibilities will be to: identify the most appropriate candidates and candidate sources, interviewing applicants,
preparing candidates reports, recommending candidates for short lists, coordinate the pre-employment process. Also, you will participate to job fairs, maintain relations with students associations, update the internal candidates database.
