MARKETING COORDINATOR

Candidate profile:

- University Degree in Business Administration or Marketing

- Age up to 25 years;

- 1-2 years experience in a relavant position;

- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people and business units;

- Achievement drive, initiative and self-reliance;

- Analytical thinking, proactive and creative mindset ;

- Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written) as well as Romanian;

- Excellent planning and organisation skills - ability to work well under pressure and with short deadlines;

- Flexibility, team work and effective communication skills;

- Highly strategic, a strong eye for detail and a willingness to make things happen;

- Very good computer knowledge of MS Office programs , especially PowerPoint.

Position Brief
Key activities and responsibilities include:

- Briefing and coordinating cooperation with various designers for fulfillment of company's needs;

- Handles production of advertisements, promotional collateral and publications;

- Issues and monitors press releases and establishes sound relationships with the media;

- Ensures the development and implementation of marketing strategy and budget for each Studio;

- Cooperates and works closely with sales and production dept. to ensure achievement of company plans;

- Responsible for the creation, development and implementation of campaigns, artwork, posters, etc.associated with each film.
