CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Strong OOP/Design patterns
- .NET and C#
- Web development experience with ASP.NET
- Knowledge of SQL
- At least 3 years of programming experience
- Experience in leading a team
- Expertise with UML and software design
- Communication skills
- Good English
- Computer Science-related degree
