National Sales Manager

- University degree (preferably in the economic or business administration areas)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales of services
- Good knowledge of the marketing techniques
- Good communication skills
- Advanced English knowledge, fluency in speaking
- Good computer skills (MS office applications)
- Pro-active, creative, organized person
- Willingness to travel all over Romania
- Driver's license

- Proposes and implements marketing and sales strategy
- Manages all marketing and sales activities of the company in Romania
- Promotes and sells the persolog products and services in Romania
- Identifies opportunities on the local market for training services
- Establishes contacts with new clients
- Maintains relationship and information flow with existing clients
- Responsible for achieving the annual sales targets
