CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Specific knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Practical experience / knowledge in cost accounting (costing systems implementation)
- Strong knowledge of ABC
Business knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes
- Simultaneously manage several projects
- Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings
Education and experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in cost accounting
- Masters Degree in Finance and Accounting
- Excellent English skills (reading, speaking, writing)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Acting as a back-up resource for the Economic Director
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget
- Oversee daily operations of the finance department
- Manage the preparation of the official annual report of actual revenues, transfers, and expenses
- Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts.
- Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop business plans for the company
- Other duties as assigned
