| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Smart, energetic, well disciplined
Experience in call center work or telesales
Should be able to work 5 days a week with flexibility on working days
Work timings :
Shift 1 from 9:30AM till 18:30PM
Shift 2 from 11:00AM till 20:00PM
Monday through Friday
Tuesday through Saturday
1 hour break ( 30 minutes for lunch and 3 x 10 minutes for tea/coffee break )
Communication skills
Experience to handle healthcare products and to deal with clients would be a plus

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Handling incoming phone calls through specialized Call Centre Software
Make outbound phone calls
Keep track of clients, orders and appointments
