Your Profile:
•Able to guide, manage and coach technical skilled people
•Has the motivation to continuously improve our work preparation.
•Has a serving mentality towards production
•Has a degree in Mechanical Engineering
•Has good knowledge of turning, milling and drilling technologies
•Good knowledge of computers, widows OS and office are needed, preferable Cad and /or Cam software
•Has to be able to read technical drawings and also has to be able to translate this into a manufacturing method
•Has a clear view of the process flow
•Needs to have a good sense for optimizing and analyzing processes and manufacturing methods.
•Has to follow the new developments of the metal cutting industry
•Has minimum 5 years experience
•English language is a must

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Your Function:
•Responsible for the organization of the work preparation for our production: delivering understandable and complete technical drawings, good nc-programs and the right tooling on time at all our NC-machines
•Organizing a good feed back by production to be able to improve continuously our work preparation (drawings, NC-programming, tooling)
•Responsible for the manufacturing method and routing (sequence of operations)
