| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
College student or graduate
Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, call center experience is a plus
Energetic and enthusiastic
Excellent telephone conversation and listening skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in spoken English, American English being a plus
Basic PC operating knowledge and of the Internet
Persuasive sales ability, autonomy and initiative
Ability to work well and maintain focus on key areas on constant basis
Highly productive, money oriented

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Prospect potential customers, asses their communication needs and introduce the companys services over the phone
Act as the product expert to the customer demonstrating solid customer communications skills
Present the major advantages and benefits of the services, handling objections, close the sales
Maintain communication between Nobel TEL LTD and existing or potential customers, via various communication channels
Always is up to date with every new procedure, product or service which is published through any internal communication system
Understand potential customer's profile, able to listen and take feed-back, building rapport with them as part of the sale process
Build long time business relationships with key customer contacts
