Telesales & Business Renewal Executive

• College student or graduate;
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales;
• Good telephone conversation and listening skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in English, American English being a plus;
• Computer skills
• Persuasive sales ability, autonomy and initiative;
• Ability to work well and maintain focus on key areas on constant basis under pressure;
• Drive, energetic and enthusiastic.

•Maintain a close relation with the company's costumers, follow-up their requests and manage corporate accounts
•Prospect potential customers and find new business oportunities
•Understand potential customer's profile, able to listen and take feed-back, building rapport with them as part of the sale process;
•Present the major advantages and benefits of the services, handling objections, close the sales;
•Excellent self-organization, including to schedule the working time, calls and contacts;
•Follow up on scheduled appointments with customers
