Telemarketing Sales Representative

• College student or graduate;
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales;
• Must posses excellent telephone conversation and listening skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in English, American English being a plus;
• Working knowledge of Excel & Word and the Internet;
• Persuasive sales ability, autonomy and initiative;
• Ability to work well and maintain focus on key areas on constant basis under pressure;
• Drive, energetic and enthusiastic.

• Prospect potential customers, asses their communication needs and introduce the company’s services over the phone;
• Understand potential customer's profile, able to listen and take feed-back, building rapport with them as part of the sale process;
• Present the major advantages and benefits of the services, handling objections, close the sales;
• Excellent self-organization, including to schedule the working time, calls and contacts;
• Follow up on scheduled appointments with customers.
